The Commercial / Industrial Division has been working with reputable general contractors such as Stiles Construction, Kaufman Lynn General Contractors, Beauchamp Construction, and many others on the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning of countless jobs throughout the area. These general contractors choose A & P because of their commitment to price and quality work. A & P crews are under the supervision of Project Superintendents Freddy Moreno, Adrian Rodriguez, and Rolando Linares. They coordinate the installation of both DX and Water Cooled Systems ranging from 1 to 500 tons including retail stores, shopping centers, supermarkets, Miami-Dade County Schools, private and charter schools, hospitals, hotels, condominium high-rises, office buildings, storage facilities, etc. “We are a well managed company,” explained Adrian F. Gonzalez. “We are a highly computer automated organization. Every project is tracked from start to finish. This has enabled us to have complete control over our internal accounting, estimating, and job costing,” he added.
